Graz, Austria: The Elevate Festival

In late October 2011, two days before the world premiere of The Crisis of Civilization at the Elevate Festival, Dean was in the Austrian city of Graz, where the week-long festival was being held.

As you can see from the photograph, while he was in Graz Dean decided to explore the city and take the opportunity of doing a little extra last minute promotion, involving the appearance around town of a bit of  instantly noticeable poster-based propaganda for the film!

This distinctive and clever poster for the film (see below) has a strong and eye-catching look, and was put together by the team. It is based on an amazing original collage created by the talented California-based artist Abby Martin. We are very grateful to Abby for her fantastic artwork!
